Cabinetry Refinishing Process

The Cabinet Refinishing Process is not a Weekend Task or even a 3 day job... Run as fast as you can if any painter or contractor says it "takes a few days!!"  Our process starts with detailed  coordination and extreme prep!!

 

One of our favorite parts is that you need to do  nothing - nada- zilch- zip- zero, just select a color!!! Don't worry about moving anything out of the cabinets... We have this down to such a science that you can leave everything exactly where it is... unless your dying to get rid of your mother-in-laws old dishes and glasses; than we can absolutely give you a "dishes and glasses must go" note in your proposal!!!

1. On Site Consultation:  Feel free to review our Pricing page before your on site consultation. We always love to meet a new kitchen in person so we will not be able to skip this step. Total walk through and discussion time is roughly 20 mins... We know you have a life to live and we have cabinets to make amazing!!

2. Removal of Fronts:  We come and remove all door and drawer fronts; being careful to number and label placement and hardware for each front. Your kitchen will be in standard operational condition after we remove the fronts so... guess your going to have to wait to get takeout until we come back!!! Total  time is roughly 3 hours for removal. Your door and drawer fronts are going back to our shop for their Glam Up!!! We are going to need to keep them for roughly 2 weeks, give or take a few days.

 

 3. On Site Finishing:  Hey Hey Hey!!! It's us; we are back again!! This time your going to have to get takeout!! We are also pretty cool around here if you cant tell already, so if you let us know your favorite spot we may just grab you a gift card on the way to your kitchen. We are going to need your kitchen for 24-48 hours... That means no cooking allowed,  so make sure you move the Keurig!!!

 4. Install Day:  Awesomeness is here... It's install day!!  Your drawer and door fronts are going back to where they belong looking all new and ready for the red carpet!! Best part is they are as durable as diamonds and now have a warranty!!! We also are going to give you new felt or rubber bumpers just to make it that much nicer. Total time for install day is roughly 6 hours...

Wow look at that you basically have a brand new kitchen, with a 5 year warranty, and you only saw us for roughly 3 days!!! The best part is it didn't cost you $30,000 Bizillion grand (yikes that's a big ol' number) for new cabinetry and you still had a kitchen your family could use for the entire time (expect that little take out night you were dying for anyways!!!) 

What Happens while Your Doors are hanging out with Us!!

Colors:  You can choose from an infinite number of colors from any manufacturer. Our products can be mixed to whatever suites your taste no matter if it is traditional or eclectic 
Hardware:  This is the perfect time to update hardware. Let us know if you want to use the same holes in the doors and drawers and just update the hardware or if you would like to go in a totally different direction as we can fill and re drill for all new awesomeness hardware!!
Hinges:  Are your hinges droopy or just cruddy? lets get them updated. We can update with soft-close or even just clean the current ones you have. Please let us know if you would like your current hinges to take a bath or if you would like a new, softer model!! 
Repairs:  So we have been doing this a long time... like a really long time... 23 years long time!!! We have worked on every cabinet manufacture imagined;  some no longer around. We can make any repairs needed to your cabinetry. We can even add some detail woodwork for a more modern touch, we can build islands, we can even repair water damaged cabinet bases. We are a one stop elite Cabinet Carpentry and Refinishing shop!!
